We started Still Point because we kept hearing the same thing from clients at other studios: rushed sessions, rooms that never quite felt calm, appointments that felt more transactional than restorative. We wanted to build the opposite — a small studio where the lighting is soft, the schedule isn't overbooked, and every therapist actually listens before they start working. Every session here begins with a few minutes of quiet conversation about what your body needs that day, because a good massage isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're managing chronic tension, recovering from training, easing into pregnancy, or just need an hour where your phone doesn't exist, that's what we build the room around.
